Shipping

Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times: North America: 1-2 weeks

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, We cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order, so that I can assist you.

Frequently asked questions

How do I provide my own lmages for custom items?

after placing your order, please email your files to me at CrazyRadoChic@gmail.com Please be sure they are of high resolution, a minimum of 300dpi is preferred. SVG, Ai and PDF are the preferred file types, PSD or PNG will work otherwise.

What if I do not have my own art?

I can create a custom design for you, There is a link to purchase the add-on for a simple design along with your product. I will work with you to come up with a design that meets your needs.

Why such a large range in processing time?

My processing times can vary depending on how many orders are in queue ahead of yours, sometimes it can be as quick as 1 day turn around time, busier times it may take the full 10 business days to get your order ready to ship. Also some items may be more labor intensive requiring wait/cure times in between steps & time for some items to be safe for travel. Remember your item is custom created just for you once I receive your order.

What if I need my items in a rush?

I do offer rush processing and rush shipping, these are two separate services that must be purchased in addition to the product. Rush processing will bump your order to the front of the line and will ship out before the other pending orders I may have. Rush shipping is the actual time in transit from me to you. If you only purchase Rush shipping this does NOT move your order up in the queue, your order will be processed as normal once I have processed all orders ahead of yours. I do try to be as quick as possible, but sometimes a wait cannot be avoided. Please message me if you are on a tight schedule and I can let you know what my current order load is at that time.

Will I receive a mock-up, prior to my product being printed?

I will provide a digital mock-up on any design that I am creating custom work for, or adding elements to your existing design. I do not usually send a mock-up on orders where you provide me with a ready to go logo/artwork as I’m simply printing your product from the image provided and it allows me to get your product out to you much quicker.
However, if you would like a mock-up please let me know and I’ll be more than happy to send one to you.

Can you do metallic or foil printing?

At this current time, I am not set up to offer these printing services. I do hope to add equipment in the near future that will enable me to do this specialty printing for my customers.
As it comes available I will create new listings for those add-on services. So keep an eye out for those.
